The Glasgow adult SS7's will kick-off early June 2009 and will be played mid-week in the evenings from 6.30pm until 9pm. To register interest please contact us for more information..

Rules & format at a glance

• Seven-a-side football.
• Squad of ten players.
• Leagues of 8 - 10 .
• 45 minutes per game.
• 1 game per evening (worth 2pts) .
• 1 team penalty shoot-out per evening (1pt).
• 1 Hit the Cross Bar challenge.
• Pitch sizes 60m x 30m.
• Referees.
• Red/Yellow cards .
• Sin bins.
• Prizes.
