Questionnaire

Hi Teams,

We're introducing Player Profiles and would like you all to fill in a little about yourselves and your team mates! What you need to do is:

• Get your team and individual headshots taken one evening (you'll see some have been done already)
• Check on line to see your reference, for instance Banjo A, Banjo B, or Banjo C
• Copy and paste the below questions onto an email with your online reference
• Fill in your answers and email them to me at andy@supersoccersevens.com
• Also please tell me if you've finished as a semi finalist, Runners Up or Winners of any of our tournaments

We will use as many of your answers as possible, your email address will not be passed onto anyone else and please keep it clean! We've used Willie Mackenzie (one of the refs) as an example just to give you an idea - it's a bit harsh but he deserves it!! And I'll change it for the real one soon.....maybe. See below.
